The Fort William Family Health Team’s clinic is open as follows:

Regularly scheduled appointments:
Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch 12:30 – 1:30 PM
(individual physician schedules may vary, please call to make an appointment.)

We ask that you present to the clinic during walk-in hours.  Please do not arrive outside of these times.

Walk-In/After-Hours Clinic:

Doctor-led walk-in:
Monday – Thursday from 5:00pm-8:00pm (Pre-Registration at 4:30pm)
Saturday from 9:00am-12:00pm

Nurse Practitioner-led walk-in:
Monday from 1:00pm-4:00pm
Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm

The Walk-In Clinic and the After Hours Clinic are available to patients of the Fort William FHT only. All patients must check in at reception and have their health card ready to present to the receptionist. Cases are seen on a first come first served basis.

Specialist referrals, prescription renewals, forms (including drivers medicals) and pregnancy tests are services NOT provided through our After-Hours Clinic

Absolutely NO NARCOTICS will be given in the After Hours Clinic. Please contact your regular family Physician for these services.

Travel medicine consults and prescriptions for medication for the purpose of travel outside of Canada WILL NOT BE OFFERED in our After Hours Clinic.
